Emma Bayly’s experience in the hairdressing industry spans over 3 decades. Learning her craft in Adelaide, she used her skills globally working in salons both in London and New York. Her style is to bring the best out in her client’s hair. She believes a good hair cut is the foundation for the best hairstyles and prefers to colour hair to create minimal maintenance to keep the hair in optimum condition.

Charlotte is a highly experience hairdresser. She worked with Emma our director in her previous salon Liquid Hair for many years. She has recently returned from Melbourne working at the highly regarded Barbarella Hair and has also worked in salons in London, Manchester and Ireland.
Charlotte loves all aspects of hairdressing and haircare. She is particularly fond of balyage colour, refining beautiful blondes and knows her way around styling hair.
In her spare time she focuses on fitness and wellbeing and loves to travel and explore the world.
Born and raised in the UK, Georgia emigrated to Australia with her husband in 2015. She discovered hairdressing and hasn’t looked back since. Studying full time and finishing her course in advance, Georgia uses both a creative and scientific approach to hairdressing. She loves creating brand new looks and maintaining great styles.
She’s a mother to two little girl and loves all animals. Volunteering as a dog trainer in her spare time. Her inspiration comes from art through painting, crochet and adventures with her family.
After growing up in Perth living in various cities around Australia Dana has settled in Aldinga Beach with her husband and 2 children. Dana studied hairdressing full time at Parlour Academy in Adelaide and has found a true passion in hairdressing combining the science and creativity to do great hair. Joining the team at Half Cut Mclaren Vale as a Junior Stylist and now worked her way to a stylist, she brings a fresh approach and skill set. Sharing the salons philosophy of making people look and feel great Dana has great satisfaction in seeing her clients leave the salon with a smile.
